Storage Days Tallinn is the first vendor-neutral, invite-only storage summit in EMEA – around thirty senior people, one track, and no sales pitches. Drive and flash makers, national-lab and research-storage leaders, and European AI-cloud and infrastructure operators come together for two days of candid technical and business conversation about the decade ahead in data infrastructure. We are proud to host it on home ground in Tallinn.
The Capacity Era
This year’s theme is The Capacity Era: how storage and data infrastructure must evolve as AI drives unprecedented data growth. Across two days we go deep on the HDD roadmap to 100TB, SMR and zoned storage in the kernel, head depopulation for recovering drives from a single head failure, compression on the write path, and storing exabytes for science. An AI Infrastructure panel then widens the lens – what happens to data pipelines, retention, and economics as AI moves out of the data centre and into the physical world. Expect live technical depth, candid debate, and the people building the answers.
